How fast do I get paid?+
Once we've confirmed receipt of your points, payment goes out within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
Is this against my credit card's terms and conditions?+
Most issuers' terms restrict transferring or selling reward points for cash. This is a real risk you take on when using this service — see our Terms & risk disclaimer for details. We can't advise you on your specific card's policy.
Do I need to create an account?+
No. Every order gets a reference code and a private tracking link — that's all you need to check status.
What if I lose my tracking link?+
Go to the Track an order page and look it up using your reference code and the mobile number you used when placing the order.
Can I cancel an order?+
Yes, as long as you haven't already transferred the points. Message us on WhatsApp with your reference code.
How are rates decided?+
We publish our buy and sell rates on the Rate card page and update them as market conditions change. The rate you're quoted at order time is the rate you'll be paid — it doesn't change after you submit your order.
What payment methods do you support?+
UPI and bank transfer, both ways. We don't use a payment gateway, so there are no processing fees on either side.
